Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was big and clean, good value for money

Modern and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely and just as big as the room. Staff were pleasant. Surrounding area is quite nice, close to a big park area. Felt safe walking about, easy to travel and sightsee in Hanoi.
